Silent or Working Investor is Needed for Restaurant Name Change

Need to change name and look of a restaurant. Need finance to create great new theme. I am looking to grow new and exciting brand in an up market shopping centre.

I am aiming to produce great food and venue. The investment should be paid within 30-36 months.

New entertainment centre with 10 tenpin bowling alleys and other activities opening in December 2011. I also have been here for 8 years and have a loyal regular cliental.

There is an opportunity for investor to grow a new and dynamic brand. With the current market , shopping centres with this entertainment will be a great site for families, kids and corporate clients. The restaurant will be ready by mid-November although I am trading under my 'old name' until change is done and hope to only close for 3-4 days.

I am in a need to sort out old debts and spend money on revamp.

I have a really good knowledge of this industry and my competitors I have a loyal consistent cliental and have been successful here for 8 years.
