A Book Manuscript to Be Published

The project idea is to have a book published and printed. I am aiming to publish a professional book to be sold in book stores and Amazon.com as an online book.

The funding requirement is for local and international publication costs. The book is assigned a review from Xilibri and a copyright number.

I am aiming to sell at least 300 copies to recover initial costs and break even. The book will be sold at about R120-150. Cash payback period is only for publication and the marketing will be done either in manual sales or via a website and Pay Pal system.

This book will be a good reading because it was inspired by a real life story that is intended to motivate others when facing difficult situations in life. This book is about how you can become a millionaire by following God's Law and how you can become a billionaire by continuing with your obedience to God's Laws.

The opportunity for the investor is a 30% share in royalties and profits for the life span of the book. The book will sell in today's market because people encounter hardships and need encouragements all the time. The project is ready for publication and consists of 194 written and completed A4 pages.

No additional funding is needed other than some marketing fees.

Books will always appeal to a wide reader audience and their sales potential is global when written in English language. I believe that the title: “The Law of God and The Law of Man” says it all. This book should be suitable for young and old. The success cannot be repeated because the 11 year legal experience which was invested in this book is once-off.

An investment will give me an opportunity to have the book published and fulfil the desire and passion that God gave me. Current break even strategy is about 300 book sales if sold at R120 per book. I have a short term goal of 300 books in 12 months locally and then sell on the global market via the Internet.

The investment is needed for the publication of 300 books or at Xilibri. The book will be marketed via the global market as an online book print on demand.
