Currently looking for an investor that can invest in student Accommodation that will accommodate more than a thousand students, with a lifetime return on investment.

We are a company that focuses on various property development project. currently we are looking for an investor than invest with us in student accommodation.
The student accommodation project it is targeting students in Gauteng mostly from the university of Johannesburg and wits university and the surrounding colleges in the area.
The student accommodation will be within a radius of 0-5 km from the universities and colleges. which will also be recommended by the universities.

The student accommodation will offer everything that a student will need to pursue their studies and feel comfortable while staying there.
each student will be paying an annual amount of $2800/ZAR 42000 , which will also increase annually by 5% from the annual amount.

With the building that will be constructed it will roughly accommodate 1200 students from different institutions.
In calculating the the annual return it will be $2800*1200 = $3 360 000.00
and in South African rand it will be ZAR 50 400 000.00

The project will be a lifetime running project for lifetime ,as we did our research we realized that there are about three hundred thousands students that come to Gauteng to pursue their studies and most of the struggle with finding proper accommodation which will be like a home away from home.

The investor Can invest from the minimum amount stated above which will give the investor a certain percent of shares in the project and the investor will receive an annual return for lifetime.

Use of financing

The requested funding is needed for:

* purchasing the building or constructing it from the ground up.
*buying furniture for the accommodation
*installing suitable for a student such as (WiFi, Game room, computer labs ,gym and other utilities suitable for a student)
*security(cameras ,daily guards)
*cleaners
*2 buses as transportation from the accommodation to any of the institution that are 5 km away from the accommodation.
