Invest in Student Accommodation, Building and Managing the Property

Currently looking for an investor that can invest in student Accommodation that will accommodate more than a thousand students, with a lifetime return on investment.

We are a company that focuses on various property development projects. Currently, we are looking for an investor to invest with us in student accommodation.

The student accommodation project is targeting students in Gauteng mostly from the University of Johannesburg and wits university and the surrounding colleges in the area.

The student accommodation will be within a radius of 0-5 km from the universities and colleges. Which will also be recommended by the universities.

The student accommodation will offer everything that a student will need to pursue their studies and feel comfortable while staying there.

The project will be a lifetime running project for a lifetime, as we did our research we realized that there are about three hundred thousand students that come to Gauteng to pursue their studies and most of them struggle with finding proper accommodation which will be like a home away from home.

The investor Can invest from the minimum amount stated above which will give the investor a certain per cent of shares in the project and the investor will receive an annual return for a lifetime.
