Subject to final development facilitation the Nikana Private Nature Reserve in South Africa will inter-alia feature the following:

Nikana will be located in close proximity to the Nhlazatshe Mountain between the towns of Ulundi and Vryheid in KwaZulu Natal - South Africa. The tourism and sectional title holiday home ratio is expected to be about 60% international and 40% local investors.
As an add-on feature, research is being conducted to also establish a breeding and rehabilitation centre for the Serval cat for reintroduction into the wild or other private nature reserves.
Based on the budgeted various project modules the wilderness estate development is expected to take between eighteen and twenty four months to complete and sectional title site sales concluded within six months thereafter.

Rationale for the deal
Good return on investment with asset security primarily being real estate and if so desired, selling off part of the facilities at good profit when the project has been completed.
We are preferably looking for a buy-out of the project with the majority equity being held by the investor.
