Summer Camp & Game Reserve Investment Project

This is a project about a establishing a summer camp and a game reserve in South Africa. We don’t have a summer camp whereas both parents and children will love it if there is place for the children to go to during the holidays. There is also demand for a game reserve for the hunting season. I have identified the perfect property for these establishments.

The service that we will provide is a camp for kids between the age of 10 and 17 years. The camp will be available for the kids in the school holiday season when parents don’t know what to do with them. In the hunting hunters from South Africa and overseas can come to the reserve for hunting.

I want to get the business up and running for the next school holiday and hunting season.

After the funding is provided, I will need 8 months to get everything up and going including advertising.

I don’t have any indirect of direct competitors for the summer camp because it will be the only summer camp in this province.

I must first find someone that can help me with the finance so that I can buy the property and all the summer camp equipment necessary to accommodate and entertain the kids and provide for transportation of the kids and hunters, food and beverage for the camp, salaries for management, workers and bookkeeper, advertising, permits, business insurance, etc.

I need $5,500,000.00 USD for the startup and I will be able to start paying back the loan that I will get from the investor after one year. The loan will be paid back in full in 10 years or sooner if the business is blooming.
