I want to get a 100 rooms in Johannesburg (Have 9 Rooms at the moment) and get Tourists in and show them our beautiful City For 5 days , then fly them to Hoedspruit.

After the successful Soccer World Cup Tourism is booming and I want to expand my Business.

At Hoedspruit( there is 30 bedrooms at the moment) in Limpopo Province the will stay for 5 days on a Game Farm, see the Big 5, Hot Air Ballooning and the most beautiful spot in South Africa Blyde River Canyon and then we fly them to Franschhoek.

At Franschhoek ( there is 30 bedrooms) near Cape Town they will stay for 5 days in the Wine Lands and then they will see all scenic places like Cape Town , Table Mountain and a lot more.

So we offer them 3 venues under one name African Peaks.
Then they fly out with a wonderful experience and start with marketing of word of mouth.
That will give us a turnover of 400 x R3500 x 30 = R42,000,000.
