Investment Opportunity

We need the funding to buy out the farm where the head office is kept on, and to expand the business. We will take any investor, hands-on or silent.

We are bringing packaging and catering products from the bigger centers to the more remote parts of 2 provinces, namely Mpumalanga & Limpopo. We have storage and cooling rooms to store everything before despatching it to the customers in our provinces. Delivering the products separately is very expensive but if we deliver them together we cut the delivery cost by 75% to 80%.

The company is diverse in products. We are selling all packaging products for businesses, as well as the different catering products. Then we also have different businesses already running. We are offering Quicksew for Shade netting, Corner masters for manufacturing of heavy-duty cargo corner pieces, and heavy vehicle transport coordinating. All these products complement each other.

Our target market is every business in Mpumalanga & Limpopo. That is why we got a diverse range of products. Customers can walk in and buy, but our marketing strategy is to take the product to the business. That is why we use 16 reps per province.

The project justification is the following: There is not one business in these provinces which not using some of our products. And with our business model we are making delivery about 75% cheaper, 90% faster and 85% more efficient.

Progress on the project: Four businesses are already up and running and generate big income. And all the supplies of the other business parts have already been done. Staff is already been appointed. We are already in business and are busy expanding well.

The project goal is to finalise the buying of the farm which we use as the head office.

We need $2 000 000 to finalize the purchase of the farm and expansion of the business. I will give more information to potential investors.

My offering to investors will be 20% of the total business.

Competitive Advantage

Our direct competitors are only two other businesses in the two provinces, and they are only operating in the two big centers. They do not work all over the province, and they also do not have complementary businesses like we do.

I know the competitors, and they are not business people who are willing to extent. They are happy with what their income is. The one competitor is even considering to go on pension.

This is a business that is of essence. Every business need our products. And they putting a lot of effort in to get hold of it. That is why we open up this business, and run it like this. To help people in there business.

Use of financing

We need the funding to buy out the farm where the head office is kept on, and to expand the business. It doesn’t help the business if we act like our completion, sitting and waiting for customers. We must take the business to the people. That will make us successful.
