Services Company in Uganda Seeking Capital for investment

The company shall provide sevices in the field of real estate development, achitectural design services and consultancy, as well as provide transportation services.

Target market:

The target market for project finance division will be the residents of Kampala city but mainly the high income earners, who provide an ever increasing demand for housing facilities, as well as architectural design services. Transport division shall provide services to mainly corporate entities who also provide an increasing need for transportation services.

The internal trade division shall provide agricultural products and sevices to mainly the people in southern Sudan, eastern DRC and western Kenya and to a small extent, to the people in the upper country regions of Uganda.

The company will devote a reasonable percentage of its revenue to use advanced technology, most specifically in the project finance and consultancy division, to provide quality services to its customers and outpace its competitors. The company will also try to out-price its competitors by offering reasonable prices to its customers.

To provide sevices in the field of real estate development, achitectural design services and consultancy as well as provide transportation services to corporate and individual personnel and carry out international trade mainly in the agricultural sector.

The project requires an estimated initial capital outlay of about $500,000 but will offer a return on investment of 15% and a pay back period of 6-8 yrs from the time the project is launched.
