Day Care Start-up Business in Uganda Looking for Investment

The purpose of funding is for construction of the school, to buy a van for the school as well as buying teaching equipment's and playing equipment.

The business intends to deal with kids below a certain age and it will provide education for the nursery as well as keeping kids for the busy parents. Good behavior and teaching of kids how to socialize with others. The investor will be named founder of the school.

Highly qualified headmasters will be employed,and the best pre-primary knowledge will be taught. A van will be always available to take the kids to and from the school. The school will be located near town and will target parents are ready to pay the high fees. The revenue will be paid annually as it is done by other schools. Furthermore, the project will do the advertisement through different medias and this will justify the means to get the kids. The construction will take 5 months and then then advertisement and employment of qualified teachers will begin.

The advantage for my plan is that a van will be available for the kids, the teachers will be employed according to results from interviews and advertising. My competitors are Eunice day care and peak kindergarten and I'm different in the way that I intend to put my school nearer to town compared to my them.

I intend to construct more schools in future or even expand this to make it a primary school. I am going to make money through registration fee, uniform fee (because i will be making them myself) and the school fees they parents will pay.

Funding is for construction, buying a van and making the place attractive for customers, to trust us with their kids. The investor will always be the founder of the school and he will be invited to open the school and also be updated on how its progressing.

I am looking for an investment and the amount I am asking is $350,000. I am going to pay in 2 years time and I need a gross period to do the construction of the school, of about 7 months free,the intrest paid will be $10,000 on top of the initial investment. I am looking for hands-on investor.
