After over 3.5 years we received a permit from the local council. Next, we need to set up sample tests, which are preferably to be conducted by the Standards Shareholding Association.

Expected project ROI in excess of 20%.
We find acceptable up to 75% shareholding structure by the investor. Our company will deal with all construction issues, and profits of the installation to be retained by us.
Our share of 25% will include one office Suite per 4 No., or 2 No. cottage units per block of 6 No., in return for the funding (Cash In).
Our accountants (or other intermediaries as appointed by the investor) will ensure the security of all funding related to capital requirements.
