Coconut Farming Start-Up Project Looking For Loan/JV Partnership

Our project aims initially to set up a coconuts plantation on a 200 hectares and coconut extracts processing plant. We are inviting domestic and foreign investors.

We will make a coconut products factory. At the factory, our company will produce cocoa oil, coconut milk, coconut flour, coconut juice, coco charcoal, coco shell, sell copra and get copra meal. We set up a big coconuts plantation and all coconuts and by-products/raw materials are gained at no additional cost. That's why this business has fast ROI and big profit. We will sell the majority of our products locally and export some. Nigeria exports the majority of coconuts we consume but the present border closure has gingered local production to a high level.
We have many buyers who have already agreed to join this investment as distributors

Our company agreed that the investor will have 40% net profit sharing from the total income. We need capital of US$300,000 only. We will make a JV contract (Joint Venture) between us and the investor. 1-year net profit of the investor will be 30% and this will be for 25 years.

We are going to have an edge over others because we have we shall be producing so many products from the seeds of the coconut instead of selling the seeds without added values.

We shall be selling coconuts locally as we know the market very well - that is why we are planning to put our factory. We shall be exporting our products as well. Local We have income from copra PLUS all by-products/raw materials like husk, shell, and coconut water without any additional costs. That is why we will have big profit and fast ROI.

We need at least US$300,000 to implement this project. The capital will be used mainly for cultivating coconut farms and for construction of the factory.
