Investment Opportunity

I'm seeking an investment to set up a medium scale production hub where we will produce, package, sell and also export various dry goods from Nigeria to the world.

A Business consultation and an Agricultural production company looking for an investor to partner with us to complete the set-up of a medium to potentially large scale production hub which will produce, package, sell locally and also export items such as ground yam, ground plantain, ground pepper, ground crayfish as well as coconut oil. From our research, this is the highest export produce.
We are looking to establish and build a luxury brand which will be affordably priced.
We intend expanding the brand, and also intend exporting for commercial purposes.

Competitive Advantage

We are different and unique because
a- We intend to build a brand which will expand into other food items, therefore our quality and quantity is very important.
b- The initiator of this opportunity has been a buyer for a major supermarket chain in the UK, so we know what the customers and also stores are looking out for.

Use of financing

The finance will be used to buy the production equipment such as the Hammer and Disc Mill, to purchase the required license for exporting with the NEPC, NAFDAC and also registering with the FDA in the US and other countries. The funds will also be used to buy the bulk produce from a local source, storage and the initial salaries for the casual labour.

Opportunity for the investor

We seek equity financing amount of $20,000 for 10% stake in the company, open to negotiation, we also welcome a loan of the said amount payable as negotiated, all though the former is preferred.
Any type of investor is welcome.
Also a one time payment of investment is preferred, however an instalmental payment based on performance is welcome.
The investor may also decide to change the name of the company to a more suitable one they prefer, or if they are looking to expand their business, we are also open to that.
