South African Company Looking to Build Residential Complex for Rental

Residential property is on demand in our country as we have few construction agencies, especially in the areas of Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Our target market includes people working in government departments, the private sector, etc.

Our project has not yet stared as we are looking for investor who is eager to participate and gain a percentage of the income.

There are agents that are on this business but as you know business is about competition. The difference that we will make is to have a secured complex which will be spick and span. We believe we will be able to sustain our advantage over competitors.

I don't doubt that this is a lucrative business that will never collapse as it is on demand and the economy is growing. I have studied business management and I worked for different agencies on business for almost 10 years.

I'm looking for equity investment. The percentage of the share I'm offering to the investor is 60% from the monthly profit.
